As the husband of a cancer survivor I've put myself out there. I've become accustom to speaking about our experience and cancer's role in helping shape 'our story.' With that said, it is different for Jenna. Talking about it brings back the anger associated with a 30 year old woman unfairly thrust into the 'survivor' role. I'm so proud of her speaking at Pantenes Beautiful Lengths today. It's takes courage to relive those memories in general but it takes crazy courage to relive them to strangers. I love that woman.
